Hi! I'm Sarah – plant hoarder mom and founder of Terra Plant Company. 

I opened my Etsy shop in early 2021 in order to sell plant cuttings after my "it's just for fun" propagation experiments got out of hand. During the summer of 2021, I discovered the craft of cement casting and added concrete planters to my inventory.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long does it take orders to be shipped?
A: At most, it takes 3-5 business days for me to get orders packaged and posted. 

Q: How much is shipping?
A: The cost of shipping is based on weight, and concrete is heavy. I wish this wasn't the case but shipping typically ranges between $10-15 per item. I always offer free shipping on orders over $60, and this is automatically applied in checkout.

Q: Do you offer pickup or delivery?
A: I offer delivery 15 mi around home base in NWA. In order to make sure I don't lose money driving around, any delivery order has to have a minimum of $20. If you are eligible, then this offer is automatically applied at check out. If you fall just out of the range please message me and we can work something out. At this time I do not offer pickup.

Q: Do you do custom orders?
A: Yes! I love collaborating to make something special just for you or as a gift. Shoot me a message and we can start the process. 

Q: Can I return Terra Plant Company items?
A: Check out our return/refund policy. Sometimes items are broken during shipping. If this is the case, please message me the day you receive the item and we will work on making it right.
